Return Policy (UK Customers)

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Returned with original packaging and any tags still attached

How to return:
Please contact us at sales@aurumgems.com or using our contact form here within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Once we’ve approved the return, you must send the item(s) back within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds:
We will issue a full refund (including standard delivery costs) within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to avoid disputes.

International Return Policy

For customers outside the UK, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• In their original, unused condition

• Returned with all original packaging and tags

How to return:
Please email us at sales@aurumgems.com before returning your item(s) to receive instructions and a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred.

Refunds:
We will issue a refund for the item(s) upon receipt, excluding the original and return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
